EXTERNALLY
Rectory Cottage sits peacefully within well tended gardens, mostly to the Southern side. They are mainly laid to lawn with a couple of flagged sun terraces, various flower borders and ornamental shrubs and bushes - surrounded by traditional natural stone walling. Detached double garage (21’1 x 16’1).
LOCATION
Priston, is quite rightly, extremely sought after. Popular among horse riders and walkers, there is an active village community together with a thriving pub. The village is surrounded by wonderful open countryside yet is only 3 miles or so from Odd Down Park and Ride; so swift easy access to the centre of Bath is available - about 5 miles away.
DIRECTIONS
Leave Bath heading South on the A367. Continue and about 1/2 mile after the ‘Park and Ride’ roundabout turn right, onto the B3115 - signposted Timsbury, Tunley and Priston. Stay on the B3115 for about a mile then take right the hand turning to Priston (after the small wooden bus shelter on the right and before you get to Tunley). Follow this lane until you reach a ‘T-junction’ and then go left, down the hill in Priston. Turn left immediately before the pub. Continue past the church and Rectory Cottage will be found on your left hand side, just before the dead end.
